We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alta Medical. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or tried-on with the free liner.. Items that have been worn without the liner, are not eligible for return.
- Return Period: You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return Process: We offer self service returns here. If you have any issues, please contact customer support.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is $5 unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In that case please contact customer support.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
